About this sandbox.
This sandbox lets you browse and test the UACS Organization API — a Symph-hosted REST wrapper over the Philippine government's Unified Accounts Code Structure (Organization dimension): Departments, Agencies, and Operating Units, with their canonical 12-digit composite codes.
Data source & attribution
- Source data is the public UACS dataset published by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) at uacs.gov.ph.
- UACS is the Government of the Philippines' standardised coding framework for budgeting, accounting, and reporting (per DBM-COA-DOF Joint Circulars).
- This API is an internal Symph wrapper over that public data. It is not an official DBM service, and it should not be cited as authoritative; always validate against uacs.gov.ph for compliance use.
Freshness
- Last full seed: 2026-04-20 (initial production cut).
- Records seeded: 40 departments, 388 agencies, 14,103 operating units, 26 OU classes.
- Re-seeds happen on demand for now. Codes are never reassigned; removed entries are marked inactive (soft delete) so historical references keep resolving.
